Declaration of Covenants
To guide the long-term implementation of the Master Plan, we have created "Covenants for Eagle Bluff" to serve as a guide to create and preserve an aesthetically pleasing residential community through strict architectural control. These Covenants run in perpetuity and provide long-term protection of our homebuyers’ investments and enjoyment of Eagle Bluff.
Architectural Review Committee
The purpose and function of the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is to create an aesthetically pleasing community to protect property values .The ARC criteria and guidelines are contained and provided for within the "Covenants of Eagle Bluff". In addition to the Covenants, the ARC also provides ARC Guidelines that provide a more detailed interpretation and clarification of some aspects of the Covenants.
Homeowner’s Association
The Homeowner’s Association is made up exclusively of Eagle Bluff lot owners. Each lot owner is a member by virtue of lot ownership. The Homeowner’s Association owns the private park and private walk-paths within Eagle Bluff. It is governed through the By-Laws that regulate its administrative procedures.
